Venue Offerings and Pricing
Event Space Rental Rates
- Monday-Thursday: *Weekly Special*$600 for 4 hours ($100 per additional hour add on)
- Friday DAY: $600 (8am-12pm) (12pm-4pm) ($100 per additional hour add on)
- Friday NIGHT: $1,500 (6pm – 1am)
- Saturday (HALF DAY): $1,500 (9am – 4pm or 6pm – 1am)
- Saturday (FULL DAY): $2,000
- Sunday (HALF DAY): $1,000 (9am – 4pm or 6pm – 1am)
- Sunday (FULL DAY): $1,500
- Additional Weekday Hours: $100 per hour
- Special Rates: Available for non-profit and civic organizations
Bar Packages
All liquor sales must be handled exclusively through the venue and will include bartender fees.
- Package A: $350 - Wine for Dinner Party up to 50 people
- Package B: $750 - Beer and Wine for up to 50 people
- Package C: $1,200 - Full Bar for up to 50 people
- Package D: $1,650 - Mega Full Bar for up to 100 people
Additional Services
- Center Piece Add-On: $250+
- Charger Plates Add-On: $100+
- Custom Menus: $175 - $250+
- Linen Add-On: $200 - $250+
- Balloon Add-On: $200 - $1500+
- Event Coordinator: $150
- Police Security: $200 (required for Full Bar Events with 30+ participants)
- Champagne Toast: $1.50 per person
- Cash Bar: $225
